Bassam advises chairmen, boards and chief executives on the decisions that determine institutional value: how capital is allocated, how governance is structured and how strategy is executed.

Twenty years across development, investment management and advisory, with leading regional developers, international consultants, investment banks and family offices in the UK, USA, Europe and MENA.

He founded AIN Partners following his tenure as Chief Executive of a Saudi family office of approximately USD 4bn AUM, where he led a full institutional transformation. He was previously a Partner at Cordatus Real Estate in the UK and held senior roles at Ibdar Capital and Al Salam Bank in Bahrain.

His experience bridges principal and adviser, allowing him to operate at the intersection of strategy, execution and capital.

Khalid builds the machinery that turns strategy into delivered outcomes — programme offices, governance and the operating discipline that holds an enterprise to its own plan.

Eighteen years establishing and leading Programme Management Offices and driving enterprise-wide transformation, with a record of aligning business strategy with execution at C-suite level.

He has worked on programmes including the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, International Maritime Industries, Bahrain Airport Company and Bahrain Airport Services — with a pivotal role in strategy-making and delivery through the Corporate PMO function.

He brings hands-on operating experience from leading a real estate enterprise and an engineering firm.
